Bimo Tech establishes Bimomaterials LTD spin-out in Oxford

Bimo Tech has established Bimomaterials LTD, a new spin-out company based in Oxford, United Kingdom, to support the international development and commercialisation of advanced materials technologies.

Bimomaterials LTD will focus on the development of new metallic materials, specialised manufacturing routes and industrial applications for high-performance sectors, including space, fusion, defence, nuclear and other advanced engineering markets. The company will operate in close cooperation with Bimo Tech and will benefit from access to selected Bimo Tech know-how, including licensed processes for the manufacturing of new materials and selected alloy compositions.

The new UK entity is intended to strengthen Bimo Tech's international presence, support cooperation with UK and European partners, and create an additional route for scaling materials innovation from laboratory concepts to industrial applications.

For Bimo Tech, Bimomaterials LTD represents an important step in building a broader technology platform for the design, development and manufacturing of next-generation metal alloys and components for extreme environments.
